Coach Mary is more than a trainer — she’s a business owner, author, Master Trainer with ISSA, and creator of The Midlife Movement™ and the Pre-Transformation™ system designed to help women stop starting over and finally create sustainable results.

With over 30 years of experience, Coach Mary specializes in progressive overload strength training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle coaching for women navigating midlife, peri, and post menopause. Her certifications include ISSA Personal Trainer, Lifespan Coach, Nutrition Coach, Senior Fitness, Exercise Therapy, Transformation Specialist, Wellness Coach, Kickboxing, TRX, and Kettlebell training.

Her philosophy is simple: first reset the mindset, then clean up the lifestyle and nutrition, and finally transform the body through fitness. Because until a woman changes the way she thinks about herself, nothing truly sticks.
